You play as one of two monster-hunters-for-hire in the tiny mining town of Fairglass, Oregon. When an unexplained accident rocks the town to its core, it’s up to you and your friends to solve the mystery and save the town... before it’s too late.

- MADELINE BERG (F): your right hand woman, fellow monster hunter, and best friend. Inseparable for years, your bond could never be broken. You two opened your monster hunting business about four years ago.
- NICHOLAS BAQUIRAN (M): the town’s exorcist. Your self-described ‘rival,’ though you both know that’s not true. He frequently collaborates with you and Madeline.
- FAIZAH O’CONNOR (F): the town’s designated historian. Her deep knowledge of the mine and town’s past will prove to be invaluable.
- LUCAS DAMICO (M): a biologist from Portland, called in for his expertise in genetics and anatomy. Very new to the whole monster hunting scene, and often feels in over his head.

SOS i have a crush on the suspicious mayor <3 but fr this is fab so far! peppered with great refs and I really enjoy the sense of familiarity the player already has w the rest of the crew. Excited to see more of it eventually!

Edit: I loved it, I really hope to see more soon! (I spent more time than necessary on the weapon selection though considering I couldn't decide on which one i'd like more out of three good options) XD

Once you see the author quoting Bioshock, you immediately know they're a person of culture.
That aside, I like the story so far; can't wait for more.
